TENERIFE

Hace poco tuvimos la oportunidad de viajar hacia Tenerife, en Las Islas Canarias. Una de las mejores fechas para viajar es la ultima semana de junio, ya que hace buen tiempo pero sin demasiado calor.
Nos alojamos en un hotel ubicado en el Puerto de la Cruz al norte de la isla.

We recently had the opportunity to travel to Tenerife in Las Islas Canarias. One of the best dates to travel is the last week of June as warm weather but not too hot.
We stayed at a hotel located in the Puerto de la Cruz in the north of the island.
Entre otras cosas visitamos el Loro Parque, en el que pudimos ver exhibiciones de orcas y delfines entre muchos otros animales.
Among other things visited Loro Parque, where we could see exhibitions of killer whales and dolphins among many other animals.

Tambien visitamos los bosques de laurisilvas los cuales, nos ofrecen unos paisajes preciosos e impresionantes, sobre la parte mas salvaje de la isla de Tenerife. A su vez, vimos el Drago milenario un enorme árbol que forma ya parte de la guia turistica de este lugar.
We also visit of laurisilva's forests which offer us beautiful landscapes and impressive, on the wildest part of the island of Tenerife. At the same time, we saw an enormous Drago tree that is already part of the tourist guide here.

A mediodia tuvimos la oportunidad de hacer una pequeña escapada a Punta de Teno, y así pasar de los inmensos y poblados bosques a los paisajes y playas áridas de la zona, eso si el juego de los diferentes marrones junto con un especial celeste del agua del mar, hacen de este lugar algo especial, diferente.
At midday we had the opportunity to make a trip to Punta de Teno, and so move from the vast and dense forests to arid landscapes and beaches in the area, so if the game of different browns together with a special blue water sea, make this place something special, different.

Y hablando del mar y sus playas cristalinas, una visita obligada es ir a la playa de Las Teresitas, la única playa de arena blanca en Tenerife, en la cual podemos relajarnos y disfrutar del sol, la gran variedad de peces y la total transparencia de sus aguas. 
And talking of the sea and its pristine beaches, a must is to go to the beach Teresitas, the only white sand beach in Tenerife, where we can relax and enjoy the sun, the wide variety of fish and full transparency of its waters.

Otro pueblecito que no os podeis perder, es Garachico, en los que hay unas piscinas o pozas bañadas con agua de mar, en los que si el dia no está muy revuelto, te puedes dar un baño, o simplemente disfrutar del paisaje y de los cangrejos y otros animales que lo habitan.

Another village that you can not miss, is Garachico, where there are pools or pits with sea water lapped, in which if the day is very choppy, you can take a bath, or just enjoy the view and the crabs and other animals that inhabit it.

Por supuesto, tambien estuvimos disfrutando de un paseo por la tarde en el paseo maritimo de Puerto de la Cruz, lleno de gente, bares y restaurantes para cenar, heladerias y tiendas de souvenirs. Aquí os dejamos unas fotos hechas desde el paseo maritimo. 

Of course, we were also enjoying an afternoon stroll on the promenade of Puerto de la Cruz, crowded bars and restaurants for dinner, ice cream parlors and souvenir shops. Here you have some photos taken from the seaside promenade.

¡Y como nos ibamos a ir de Tenerife sin visitar el Teide!, por supuesto fuimos a verlo, lo único, que os aconsejamos que elijais bien el dia, porque si hace mucho viento los telefericos que te suben hasta la falda de el Teide estarán cerrados. Pero aun así la visita merece la pena.

And as we were going to go without visiting the Teide Tenerife!, Of course went to see it, the only thing that we advise you choose good day, because if it is windy the cable cars go up you skirt the Teide will closed. But still worth the visit.
